The Service allows you to create projects and flashcards. This data can be stored locally in your browser's storage or synced to our secure cloud server if you create an account. We do not claim ownership of the vocabulary lists you create, but the underlying software architecture remains our property.
VoilaLearn is an independent, non-profit, hobbyist project developed by a single programmer. We do not represent a registered corporation or legal entity. Any and all services are provided purely on a "best-effort" basis without any formal service level agreements (SLAs).
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of translations (including those provided by third-party APIs), continuous availability, data retention, or bug-free performance. Under no circumstances shall the developer of VoilaLearn be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of time, or any other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. If you choose to create an account or sign in with Google, we store your username/email and your created projects on our secure servers to enable cross-device synchronization. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting our support.
